Breadline Africa and The Afri-CAN Charity celebrated the official handover and opening of a brand new container at Inkwenkwezi Educare Centre in Khayelitsha to be used as a kitchen and toilets. The colourful programme for the celebration included various speeches, hymns and wonderful songs and poems presented by the learners who attend this beautiful centre. Breadline Africa arranged and donated the containers and PSFA in partnership with The Afri-CAN Children’s Charity provide the daily meals to the learners. We all then visited another Educare Centre supported by PSFA, Breadline Africa and The Afri-CAN Children’s Charity called Silucendo Educare, which is situated in the informal settlement, Imizamo Yethu, Houtbay.
