Representatives from over 80 schools attend PSFA’s Principals Protocol Meeting

On Friday 10 May, PSFA hosted its annual Principals Protocol Meeting at the Pinelands Club for principals and feeding coordinators from over 80 schools on PSFA’s nutrition support programme.
The agenda included a presentation on gas compliance by Marietjie Schoeman, director at iCONSULT and Project Management (PTY) Ltd and an update on our operations procedures and policies by our operations manager, Amelia Koeries.
Our director, Petrina Pakoe discussed the contents of the new Memorandum of Understanding between PSFA and its schools. She elaborated on the important changes in legislation made by the Department of Environmental Health and the Department of Labour concerning compliance. Time was also set aside for open discussions.
