Today we took the Gr. 6 learners from the American International School of Cape Town (AISCT) to Westlake Primary School to experience our feeding programme in action.
On their arrival, our chairman, Brian Benatar presented the AISCT learners with our certificate of appreciation for organising and participating in their own Blisters for Bread walk and raising R24778.00. This amount will enable PSFA to serve 40 schoolchildren daily breakfasts and lunches for a year.
The AISCT learners then assisted with dishing up meals and washing dishes. The AISCT were humbled by the experience.
